As a substitute for oak and other slow-growing hardwood species, we use Hevea Brasiliensis – an environmentally sound plantation hardwood timber that shares the same strength and high density as white oak (a species native to the USA) – to create the core of our engineered hardwood flooring.

Hevea Brasiliensis provides greater dimensional stability and can withstand external stressors (such as temperature, moisture and air), making it the ideal timber to use as the core layer of our engineered hardwood floors.
